At Restique, your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.

Wearable Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, all wearable products are non-refundable and non-returnable. This includes, but is not limited to, sleep masks and any other products that come into direct contact with the skin.

We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on these items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Electronic Products

If you receive an electronic product that is faulty or develops a manufacturing fault, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.

To help us assess the issue, we may ask you to provide:

• Your order number.
• A description of the fault.
• Photos or videos showing the issue.

If the fault is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund where applicable.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, products must:

• Be in their original condition.
• Include all original packaging and accessories where applicable.
• Not show signs of misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorised modifications.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed using your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the funds to reflect, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of a confirmed defective product or an error on our part.

Damaged During Delivery

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with photographs of the packaging and product so we can investigate with the courier.
